This guide will help you login into your platform account. This is applicable for Emerald Technology Clients and EOR Employees.
Instructions
In order to login into your platform account you should:
1. Navigate to our platform homepage.
2. Input your associated e-mail address and password and click on the Sign in button.
If you are currently a Client or Employee of Emerald and don’t have credentials. Please reach out to our team.
3. Input your 2-factor authentication code sent to your configured device and click the Continue button.
Your 2-factor authentication code has a 5 minute lifespan. If this is not getting delivered to you, please check your Spam/Quarantine folders. If expired, you can request a new one using the same process as described above.
4. Once successful, you should be forwarded to your Overview section.
