ProofPoint is a Californian based Cybersecurity giant, that is well established in the market. They were looking to hire outside of their headquarter location, to Belgium where they did not have a local legal entity

Emerald solved two of ProofPoints biggest challenges; finding a suitable candidate and compliantly hiring them without a local entity in Belgium.

ProofPoint's rapid expansion has resulted in them setting up their own legal entity in Brazil and Korea, which Emerald supported through the transition,. Emerald continues to hire and payroll on behalf ProofPoint in regions they do not have an entity.
