Objective

Emerald were engaged on an exclusive basis to work on a number of key hires within their European team.

Solution

Emerald organised, managed and attended a total of five UK interview days in just two months, to ensure that the hires were closed as quickly as possible.

Results

  • Due to success, Emerald were then retained to fill two very senior and strategic hires: VP Sales DACH, and VP Systems Engineering Europe
  • To date, Emerald have placed 11 ‘A-Players’ into Palo Alto’s European team
