With deep experience in international hiring and GTM team construction, Mike brings a pragmatic, market-aware perspective on building revenue capability from the ground up.
Ian McVey
An experienced revenue leader with over 25 years in the technology sector, spanning telecoms, datacentres, software, and SaaS. He has led growth in founder-led businesses across martech, healthtech, HRtech, and fintech, holding global and EMEA GTM leadership roles. As a GTM Leader, Ian focuses on building repeatable Go-To-Market strategies, scaling high-performing commercial teams, and driving revenue through key growth stages. He has extensive experience helping companies transition from founder-led sales to structured, high-performance GTM functions. Ian holds a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Oxford and an MBA from London Business School.
