His aim was to bridge the gap between the large, slow moving Global Search organisations and the small, Boutique Search Companies with limited volume delivery capabilities. Under his expert guidance, the company has grown from a small start-up to a truly global business with a multi-million turnover and offices all over the world.
With over 18 years’ Search & Selection experience gained via the delivery of high performing talent within the Technology, Media and Telecommunication Industries, Mike makes time to personally share his wealth of knowledge with all new recruits at Emerald, therefore ensuring every single member of the team meets high standards of performance. He has also developed a global network of Executive level contacts and has been responsible for managing the end-to-end relationships with some of Emerald’s most strategic accounts, including the clients engaged in Emerald’s Recruitment Optimisation model. This has allowed some of the world’s most renowned start-ups to grow and become the successful businesses they are today via the implementation of strategic infrastructure solutions.
