Skills and Requirements

  • 3-6 years’ PreSales experience
  • Commercially driven; experience discussing technical value propositions at C-level
  • Understanding of how technology can impact clients on a business case level, taking into account product capabilities
  • Ability to handle and overcome objections
  • Knowledge of Service Desk technology
  • Experience liaising with Technical Account Managers
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Desire for – even obsession with! – bringing on board new teams and customers
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
  • SaaS experience preferable; customer service or CRM is also a must
  • Consistent record of overachievement in project executions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
