Key points around some expectations of the role:
- Manager for all Go-To-Market functions in EMEA (sales, pre-sales and customer success)
- Currently you would have 5 direct reports
- Overall organisation on day one will be around 30+ people – Will be leading the growth of this number in 2019 and onwards – Grow to 60+
- Must be able to pull people together from all functions within the organisation
- Must be able to lead global events Pan-EMEA
- Grow EMEA to have significant contribution to global revenue numbers
- CSM and retention is currently high and needs to be maintained
- A huge focus on winning new business across the regions
- Work with the Board on planning and international execution
Skills and Requirements
- EMEA leadership experience
- Managed multiple territories
- Successful track record of running all Go-To-Market activities
- Experience of landing into new regions
- Have built out successful presales, sales, customer success teams
- Understand the pace of a Pre-IPO organisation
- Have led a company through to acquisition or IPO
- Hands-on
- Successfully scaled out teams
- Have managed and grown revenues from $40m upwards
