I am currently working on a Retained basis with a Leading Pre-IPO Cloud Automation vendor that are looking to expand their team and presence in Germany. My client’s solutions are perfectly suited to the largest Enterprise organisations worldwide and they already have sales processes and deals ongoing in Germany before they even had any local employees, therefore we can guarantee this is an organisation that will be successful and is solving a genuine need for customers within DACH.
My client have a disruptive and innovative portfolio of solutions and there is currently no other organisation, no other solution, no alternative to their offering in the marketplace. Because of this they have exploded in the market in recent years and are now on track to become the fastest growing vendor of all time to reach $100M in Revenue.
I have personally just helped this organisation secure their first Enterprise Sales professional in Germany. I am now looking for their second Enterprise Sales professional in Germany. We are also continuing to fulfil the team by hiring two Presales Engineers in Germany.
Skills and Requirements
- Past experience of working for a fast-growing, disruptive software vendor
- Experience of selling Opensource, Cloud or Infrastructure Software solutions
- Proven track record of hunting / winning net new business
- Experience of working with large Enterprise customers across DACH
- Proven track record of achievement vs target
