Location: Nigeria
Our client, a huge global Systems Integrator, is looking for an Assistant Territory Manager to oversee the profit services centre in Nigeria. This individual will be managing a team of 40 field engineers and mid-level management to service all warranty and maintenance contracts across all the core industries the company works within. This person will own the entire P&L and will be responsible for achieving SLA and operational benchmarks, as well as the revenue and cost line targets set by the organisation.
Skills and Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience of Group, Team or Project Leadership, ideally in technical services or field support
- Must have in-depth experience of the Nigerian market and cultural facets
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the integration of software solutions – software sales or contract negotiation experience would also be desirable
- Experience managing large teams with many direct reports
- Operational and analytical experience; knowledge of operational forecasting
- Engineering Degree or relevant experience
