Our client, the global leader in personalisation software for consumer-facing brands, is looking for a Strategy Consultant based in London. This is an expansion role that will work in the ‘middle ground’ between Customer Success and Technical Delivery. Whilst the Customer Success team look after the day-to-day administration and communication with the client, the Strategy Consultant will focus on articulating the strategy to build value and maximise account potential, before the Technical Delivery team look to implement any recommendations. Clients are large enterprises; primarily in the retail and travel markets, and this opportunity represents a great opportunity to really make an impact on a disruptive hyper-growth organisation.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ marketing technology experience
  • Ability to derive, package, and communicate concise insights from large data sets
  • Adept at communicating with executive-level stakeholders and discussing marketing strategy
  • Experience managing multiple accounts
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools
  • End User, Competitor, Digital Marketing Agency or Consulting Agency background
