Our client, a vendor of innovative and widely-used social media management solutions, is looking for a Customer Success Team Leader based in Paris, to build on an already dynamic and fast-growing team in France.

This is a newly created role focused on the management of the Commercial / Mid-Market sales teams in France. Part of the French management team and CSM leadership team in EMEA, the successful candidate will chiefly be responsible for hiring, training, retaining and managing top quality talent for the business, as well as supporting the team with day-to-day customer engagements.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years’ Customer Success and/or Sales experience
- Knowledge of SaaS or Martech Technologies
- Capable of communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships with an internal and external stakeholders
- French / English Speaker
- Background in consultative sales processes
- Self-starter; ability to take initiative and manage a constantly changing environment
