Location: London

They are after someone to come in and maximize their Central & Eastern European regions. This will include: DACH; Poland & Russia and Turkey. You will have circa 40 people who will report into, both directly and through dotted lines.

The goal here is to inherit these regions and to double the annual revenue that is being generated through strategic input and development of the current team’s sales approach. Also increase and further build out the sales teams across all regions, with a stronger focus on DACH as that is the territory with the biggest potential. The team that you will oversee and develop will be focused on new business sales and account management.

Skills and Requirements

  • Management experience of Sales and Account Management teams
  • Have led and managed a team cross-region
  • Fluent in German
  • Experience within the Marketing Technology or Advertising Technology space
  • Strategic thinker, willing to come to the table with new ideas
  • Willingness to travel (Predominately to Germany)
  • Team building/recruiting experience
