As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading conversations, advising and guiding a wide array of enterprise customers on best way to maximise the platform
  • Managing 40 accounts with an MRR of less than £20,000
  • Identifying up sell and cross sell opportunities to pass over for the Account Managers to close.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, training, and knowledge transfer sessions according to customer success methodology

Skills and Requirements

You will:

  • Be fluent in German and English.
  • Have extensive proven experience working in a Customer Success SaaS consulting role
  • Be experienced in user adoption, renewals, churn, client retention and CSAT measurement
  • Have the ability to interface at User/ Manager/ Head of/ C-Level with ease
