Location: Berlin/ Cologne
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Leading conversations, advising and guiding a wide array of enterprise customers on best way to maximise the platform
- Managing 40 accounts with an MRR of less than £20,000
- Identifying up sell and cross sell opportunities to pass over for the Account Managers to close.
- Conduct virtual meetings, training, and knowledge transfer sessions according to customer success methodology
Skills and Requirements
- Be fluent in German and English.
- Have extensive proven experience working in a Customer Success SaaS consulting role
- Be experienced in user adoption, renewals, churn, client retention and CSAT measurement
- Have the ability to interface at User/ Manager/ Head of/ C-Level with ease
