Objective

Following significant investment in 2014, Skybox were looking to expand their global team and Justin Coker (VP EMEA) approached Emerald directly as a result of previous positive  discussions several years earlier.

Solution

Skybox were expanding at a steady pace and were keen to engage the right talent to allow them to continue to do so. Emerald’s teams on the ground in the UK, Dubai and Singapore were key to sourcing these individuals across a broad range of territories utilising our unique headhunting process.

What's next?

Skybox are continuing to ramp up their global expansion following another funding round in 2016. Emerald are Skybox’s preferred global talent supplier, and are currently engaged on active sales and presales search assignments with them in Europe and the Middle East.
