Objective
Project ‘Spring Refresh’ – To hire 36 new sales individuals across EMEA in support of the CEO’s ‘Shift Plan’ under a Managed Service engagement.
Solution
Initially engaged to work on the first 36 hires, however continued success resulted in a further 35 being added. Emerald averaged 7 submitted candidates and 5 first interviews per assignment.
Results
- In under 18 months, over 75 individuals were placed into the ALU team globally.
What's next?
Following the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent by Nokia in 2015, Emerald continue to partner with them globally as their preferred supplier. Most recently, in 2017 we have been engaged on Project Boost, a new Managed Service assignment in support of their ongoing EMEA transformation.
