Foundry Networks has been established for 10 years, employ around 1000 people globally and have their HQ in Santa Clara, USA. They are fully listed on the NASDAQ and have a global turnover of around $700 Million plus, of which EMEA contributes around 30%.
Due to our successful ongoing relationship with Foundry Networks, Emerald was selected to be their sole EMEA provider of search services and responsible for managing a second tier of Recruitment Service Providers. Emerald had already demonstrated its ability to identify and deliver search assignments across many different regions and therefore became the obvious selection for Foundry in order to aid in the growth of their business across the EMEA market.
Emerald had a dedicated team assigned to this project. This team was headed up by a Director of the Company, a Senior Delivery Consultant and a team of Researchers whose area of expertise lies firmly within the Telecoms arena and particularly within layers 2-7 of the Networking market. All of the Researchers were aligned to a certain geographical region allowing them to research the market place thoroughly enabling them to identify the leading talent and be able to react quickly as and when new requirements became live. This dedicated approach enabled Emerald to deliver results rapidly and allowed our client to plan strategically when and where to build their business across the EMEA region.
I have utilised Emerald’s services for the last three years across EMEA. Due to their previous track record of success, dedication, market knowledge and volume delivery capabilities, it was decided that Foundry would use Emerald as the Sole provider for our expansion plans across EMEA.
