Having previously worked successfully with one of the Investors, one of the Directors of Emerald was introduced directly to the CEO of this pre IPO vendor of Broadcast and IPTV technology. The CEO had previously had difficulty in hiring high calibre professionals for some strategic openings within the Broadcast Division of the organisation in both EMEA & the US. Emerald was retained and selected in order to fulfil two hires on the Management Team, a VP for North America and a VP for Global Business Development both of whom were to be based in the US.
A Director of Emerald was supported by a Delivery Consultant and a team of Researchers were also assigned to the task of providing a shortlist for these key, strategic hires. Having worked closely with the Management Team and local Hiring Managers, Emerald’s Research Team put together a detailed list of potential target companies for the Search which was signed off by the Client in under seven days. Emerald’s Research and Consultancy Team, supported by one of the Director’s of the Company, commenced an integrated Search campaign and were able to provide a shortlist consisting of four, highly skilled candidates for each of the roles in under 4 weeks from project sign off date. Following a detailed, skills based interview process and a thorough assessment by both the Management Team and Investors in the Company, this organisation was able to hire both VP level roles in under 11 weeks from Project sign off.
Following these two successful Search campaigns, Emerald was also tasked with hiring a number of high calibre Sales Professionals within some of the key European regions for this fast growing vendor. This organisation continues to utilise Emerald on a retained and exclusive basis for all Global hiring requirements.
