IPInfusion (Access Co Ltd) recently contracted with Emerald Technology in pursuit of hiring assistance for a Sales Director, Sales Manager and Field Applications Engineer, for our European Sales operations.
I am happy to report that after a through briefing, Emerald successfully achieved all three positions within a period of about 3 months.
This was brought about by Emerald having an excellent knowledge of our industry, an extensive contact base and a very well driven internal process.

Emerald was selected from a shortlist of Recruitment suppliers in order to deliver three strategic hires for the EMEA region. The project was managed by a Company Director with support from a Delivery Consultant and the Research team. Following a detailed briefing from IPI and initial market analysis by Emerald, it was decided that potential candidates could come from either an embedded technology or IP Communications vendor. Emerald’s Delivery team conducted detailed competitor analysis and market research and delivered shortlists of potential candidates for each role within six weeks of Project Sign off. The Lead Consultant and Emerald’s Divisonal Director worked extensively with IPI’s Management team in order to identify upper quartile talent for all three strategic hires. All hires were delivered on time within 12 weeks from sign off date. Following this successful project, Emerald continues to work with IPI in order to attract high calibre talent for this rapidly expanding vendor.
