Incorporated in 2000 by two Directors Mike Jones and Richard Heilbronn, Emerald was created with the vision of becoming a pure-play provider with expertise in the technology market, and bridging the gap between the large, often slow-moving global search firms, and the small, boutique consultancies with limited volume delivery capabilities. Emerald is now a market leader within Search and Selection for the technology, media and telecoms vertical and has evolved to provide an end-to-end service suite including Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Sales Acceleration, Business Development, HR, Legal & Finance/Tax Consultancy Services for our rapidly expanding Customer base.
